I have been in America all my life and have only ever encountered one or two Jamaican men. Are there alot of Jamaican men in the states? Do they really marry for money or are they serious about marriage? ….Just curious…I’ve heard alot of stories…now I’d like facts….

She is a disgrace. Every day she post that she is hot in her cheap clothes. Your clothes are outdated and your neither hot nor pretty. She is a mess if anything else. A firm of ‘bounty hunters’ will be paid up to £40million to track down tens of thousands of illegal migrants.
The Border Agency awarded a contract earlier this year as it tries to find up to 170,000 immigrants who have gone missing.
Services company Capita, who won the bid, will be paid according to how many are discovered. The cases will then be handed over to immigration officers who will try to remove them from the country.

Border chiefs are struggling to deal with the backlog of cases in the Migration Refusal Pool, which is made up of migrants whose appeals to extend their work or student visas were turned down.
They should have then left the country but in many cases officials had no idea whether they had left the country or were still here illegally. In around 40 per cent of cases officials had not even sent out the letter telling them to go back home.
Border Agency chief executive Rob Whiteman revealed the existence of the contract yesterday before the Home Affairs Committee.

He told MPs that a trial scheme operated by another company, Serco, found one in five of those contacted left the country within six months.
Mr Whiteman said: ‘The contract is a payment by results, where they will make contact with potential over stayers from our records.
‘The potential value of the contract, if they performed very well over a four-year period, would be around £40 million.’
He added: ‘Capita will be paid for the number of people who they make contact with and leave.
‘If nobody leaves, because they make contact with them, nobody will get paid.’

Committee member James Clappison criticised the agency for allowing huge increases in the immigration backlog.
Mr Clappison, the Tory MP for Hertsmere, said: ‘We have got the equivalent of a small town being added to the Migration Refusal Pool every quarter.’
At the end of June this year the Migration Refusal Pool stood at nearly 175,000 – and was increasing by around 100 every day.
John Vine, chief inspector of border and immigration, discovered it during a routine inspection.
He said urgent action was needed to tackle it, because currently tracking down and removing such illegal migrants was not seen as a priority.
Critics said the emergence of the new backlog raised concerns about the credibility of the immigration system.
In some cases, when migrants had refused to leave, their details were not placed on the Police National Computer.
This means if they were arrested officers would have no idea they were wanted by the immigration authorities.

I have a post question for the ladies. So my female cousin came to visit from back home. We both got our period at the same time while she was here. One day within our cycle she ask me what I do with my pad and I told her I wrap it up in some toilet paper then put it in the trash Of course I had to return the question and she said she stored hers in a plastic bag then threw it out when she was done. I was like WTF!!! She never went into details of why she does that but it got me thinking do women really do shot like that and why and is there a wrong or right way to dispose of your pad/tampon besides flushing down the toilet.

How are you taking somebodies man & catching attitude with a mans bonafide woman on top of it? Jacksonville Church Hires Registered Sex Offender as Pastor, Bans Children from Service

​The Lord may be forgiving. Sex offender laws? Not so much.

A Baptist church in Jacksonville has hired a registered sex offender as its new pastor, but because a court has ruled the he’s not allowed to have “unsupervised contact with children under 18 years old,” the church has decided to ban kids from its Sunday services.

Back in 2009, Darrell Gilyard pleaded guilty to charges of lewd conduct and lewd molestation according to News4Jax.com. At the time Gilyard was a pastor at Shiloh Baptist Church. His victims were female members of his congregation under 18. He molested one 15-year-old girl and sent a lewd text message to another.

Gilyward was released from jail on December 28 and began preaching at the Christ Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in late January.

As part of his three-year probation, Gilyard cannot have any unsupervised contact with children. However, even any supervised contact must be OK’d by a therapist. He must also enroll in a sex offender therapy program before supervised contact is allowed. Gilyard says he’s enrolled in such a program, and his attorneys have filed a motion seeking to clarify the terms of his probation and to allow children in the church while he’s at the pulpit according to Jacksonville.com.

In the meantime, the church has decided to ban all children from Sunday service.

“Somehow I will prove that life isn’t over when one has committed a crime for which he receives this heinous label,” Gilyard told a Jacksonville.com reporter through text message. “You don’t have to languish on the fringes of society.”

Oddly, Gilyard’s arrival at the church has caused a spike in attendance. Before Gilyard joined the church about 10 members came to service. Now the numbers are between 150 and 200.
