The police have released the identity of a popular tattoo artiste gunned down in Montego Bay, St. James yesterday evening.
He is 36-year-old Kevin Haughton o/c ‘Jahbari’ from a West Gate, St. James address. It is understood that around 4:30 pm, the 36-year-old was among a group of friends outside his business establishment when two armed men pounced on them.
Haughton ran but was chased and shot several times, before they made good their escape.
The 36-year-old man was rushed to the Cornwall Regional Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
