WASHINGTON, USA (CMC) – United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has identified a Jamaican among 12 convicted felons on its “Most Wanted” list. ICE said that Clive Dixon, 45, also known as “Rambo”, is wanted for “unlawful re-entry after removal.” The immigration agency said that on or about October 2, 1991, Dixon was convicted of criminal possession of a loaded firearm in the third degree in Kings County (Brooklyn, New York) Supreme Court. The ICE states that on April 5, 1993, Dixon was deported from the United States to Jamaica.“At some point, he re-entered the United States,” and on July 27, 2010, “Dixon fled from ICE officers when they attempted to arrest him. ICE warned the public not to attempt to apprehend him, stating that if they have any information about him to contact the local ICE office or call the national hotline as soon as possible. The agency describes Dixon as dark-skinned, 5’ 8”, with brown eyes and black hair. His last known location was Greensboro, North Carolina, or “possibly in Brooklyn.”

Synopsis:On or about Oct. 2, 1991, Dixon was convicted of criminal possession of a loaded firearm in the third degree in the Kings County (NY) Supreme Court. On April 5, 1993, Dixon was removed from the United States to Jamaica. At some point, he re-entered the United States. On July 27, 2010, Dixon fled from ICE officers when they attempted to arrest him.

On Wednesday January 2, 2013, three women were killed in a motor vehicle collision in Trelawny. They are 76-year-old Gloria Capleton, a nurse’s aid of Brooklyn, New York , 53-year-old Claudette Grant, a nurse and 34-year-old Vanessa Brown, a counsellor, both of Marlborough, Maryland addresses, also in the US. The women were killed about 11 o’ clock after the car they were traveling in crashed into a Toyota Coaster bus. They, along with the driver and a male passenger, were heading to a resort in Montego Bay as part of the final leg of their vacation on the island that started just days before Christmas Day, when they arrived. According to the police, their Nissan Tida motor car was going towards Falmouth. The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle which then skidded, spun and then slammed into the back of a Toyota Coaster bus. The police say the road was wet at the time of the crash. The police say the driver of the car was admitted in hospital in stable condition. They say the other male passenger in the car was treated and released. Passengers in the bus who received minor injuries were also treated and released. On Friday January 4, 2013, the police charged 27-year-old Dwight Harrison with three counts of causing death by dangerous driving in connection with the deaths of the three women. Harrison, who is reportedly related to the three, was offered bail by the Court in the sum of $1 million dollars and will return to Court on April 15.
