SEAL TALK UP

The split between Heidi Klum and Seal took an odd turn Friday (Aug. 31), with Seal all but accusing Klum of cheating during their marriage.

Reports have surfaced recently that Klum, the supermodel and host of “Project Runway,” has begun dating her bodyguard, Martin Kristen. He was with Klum, her kids and her parents on a recent vacation in Sardinia.

TMZ asked Seal about the reports as he was landing at an airport Friday, and he made some eyebrow-raising comments.

“That’s what happens when two people separate. They move on and that generally means other people in their lives,” the singer says. “I certainly don’t expect to Heidi to all of a sudden become a nun. But as always, my main priority is the emotional well being of our children, and to be quite honest, if there is going to be somebody else in their lives, I’d much rather it was a familiar face.”

OK, so that seems like a very reasonable thing to say. Seal wasn’t done, though, and that’s where the shocker comes.

I guess the only thing I would have preferred,” he continues, “is that … whilst I didn’t expect any better from him, I would have preferred Heidi would have shown a little bit more class and at least wait until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help, as it were. But I guess you now all have the answer that you’ve been looking for for the past seven months.”
