My name is Niki I have been with Mike for ten years. After the birth of my first child things got sour. In the fifth year of the relationship I realize that Mike was having an affair with a married woman by the name of Marcia. I was very loyal and could not understand why he would do this to me. While at work a colleague of mine used to comfort me through the hard times. We developed a great friendship, Carl was compassionate and understating something I never got from Mike. After I had the baby and returned to work Carl was very distant and his attitude was not the same. I realised that the reason was he was now sleeping with Sophie a very promiscuous girl that was transfered to our department. Sophie slept with everyone in high office to secure her job.

There was no comptetion there so I had to move on and I was very pleased to now that Mike’s friend Peter was interested in me he was a very successful man and well I could not turn him down. It was a very good relationship but when his girlfriend would visit he would give all the attention to her. For the most part I was confused and started to think about my daughter and her paternity. I did an abortion between the affair with Peter and Carl and things were getting to me. Carl called me out of the blue one day and told me that he found out that his wife was sleeping with his best friend and he could not cope. He also said that he caught Sophie red handed with another man at her apartment.

Mike was spending a lot of time at home now these days and I just could not understand because Marcia was granted her divorce and free. I was surprised to hear that she had left Mike for the lawyer who handled her case as it was common knowledge that he was bisexual. Things were just too much for me. Carl did not have any children with his wife and now he is requesting a paternity test and has threatened me to take it to court. I was in shock and tried to reach out to God. I was invited to church by a friend and I had to think about my life. I could not come to terms with my poor decision and how many people I had actually slept with. My calculations was the harsh reality of adultery. Mike was sleeping with Marcia who was sleeping with her husband and her lawyer. Her lawyer was bisexual so he was sleeping with another man. it is alleged that Marcia’s husband was having affairs even with his helpers. I was sleeping with Carl who was sleeping with his wife and Sophie he were both sleeping with other men. Peter was sleeping with his girlfriend who I later found out was his cousin’s wife. What had I gotten myself into? I have left myself exposed to more than twenty people. I have also made my child apart of this madness. I have made Mike’s mistake my own. What will I do? I am now at the hospital to get the results from my tests. I am so ashamed, I have cheated myself.

“We will arrest him once his condition gets better,” police spokesman Abul Khaer told the BBC.

“She said she fought back and cut off his penis and brought it to our police station in a polythene bag to prove that Mr Mazi tried to rape her,” police spokesman Abul Khaer told the BBC.

“She has registered a case accusing him of attempted rape,” he said.

“It is quite an unusual incident. As far as I am aware, this is the first time that a woman has brought a severed penis to the police station as evidence.”

Begum  claims that Mazi had been harassing her for the last 6 months. But Mazi denies the claims that says that she took revenge on him.

“We were having an affair and recently she suggested that both of us can go and settle down in Dhaka,” Mr Mazi told the BBC from the hospital in nearby Barisal.

“I refused and told her that I cannot leave my wife and children, so she took revenge on me.”
