STING FLOP justr like some other shows in town because of several reasons:
Recession – the people dem just a feel the long term effect!
Coporate Jamaica ring out the artistes dem dry and so there were no anticipation, appeal or interest to see dem. DIGICEL, CLARO, LIME, RED STRIPE and GUINESS have all been using the same set of artistes dem doing back to back road shows across the 14 parishes, promos and so people nuh need to pay to see them! Artistes like I-Octane, Khago, Beenie Man, TIFA, Cecile, etc have been on too many free shows prior to christmas and so there is no demand for them – people tired to see them. STING have to go rebrand , restrategise and come again as the show is built around a ‘clash label’
Nuh 2 artistes can’t stick up dancehall – the people dem just tired fi see the same performances over and over.
