Alan Dale Lee, a drug user in Florida, has been dubbed ‘Dracula’ by police for his unsightly buck teeth. This mug shot is from Sept. 10, 2012 for possession of methamphetamine.

Blending in has not been this Florida man’s strong point.

Alan Dale Lee, 45, has a lengthy rap sheet in the Sunshine State but his mouth —or, more specifically, his teeth — are what police really remember.

WTF AFRICA- HIM TING DEH NAH SLEEP

Bulawayo) There was drama at the Bulawayo magistrates as a man charged with statutory rape entered the court room with one hand holding his manhood and pleaded for sympathy because of a stubborn 12day continuous erection.

Phumuzani Ndlovu, 25, of Nyamandlovu, appeared before a Bulawayo magistrate with one hand holding his manhood on Monday for charges of having sex with a minor.

The Attorney-General’s Office facilitated Ndlovu’s bail application so he could go out and seek treatment.

“Your worship, we have the consent of the Attorney-General’s Office to entertain bail because of the accused’s condition. We are not opposed to bail, all this stems from a humanitarian point of view. We are reliably informed by the police that the accused has had an erection for 18 days now and he really needs medical attention. If the court uses its discretion to grant him bail, we will attach conditions to it,” submitted the prosecutor, Goodluck Katenaire.

Ndlovu who faces up to 10 years in jail if convicted, told magistrate Godwin Sengweni his penis had been erect for 12 days since he had sex with the 15-year-old girl on July 13.

He believes a spell has been cast on him and he pleaded to be released on bail to seek traditional remedies for his condition.

Prosecutor Goodluck Katenaire said: “We are not opposed to bail … from a humanitarian point of view.”

Magistrate Sengweni, who had earlier asked Ndlovu what he was “suffering from”, appeared to be touched by the man’s hard plight and bailed him to appear on August 15.

Ndlovu said it was ulunyoka/runyoka (a spell cast for sexual indiscretion).

“Who told you that it was ulunyoka?” asked the magistrate.

Ndlovu responded: “I went to Nyamandlovu District Hospital and they advised me to seek traditional remedies as they said they could not help at all. I was not suffering from this before I slept with the girl.”

The court heard that the victim alighted from a bus coming from Bulawayo late at night and sought accommodation at Ndlovu’s home at George Silundika Plots in Nyamandlovu. He allegedly had consensual sex with her during the night.

But a day later, Ndlovu is alleged to have gone to the girl’s school looking for her after the boner refused to go away. Teachers at the school called her grandmother who in turn reported the matter to the police.

He was not asked to plead to charges of raping the 15-year-old girl and was remanded to August 15 for trial if his condition improves.

TIMING CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE- GOODMORNING

Timing Can Make The Difference

Another section in the Church Epistles shows Paul’s tenacity and perseverance in prayer and action. Again Satan hindered him, but Paul’s persistence did result in his eventually getting to Rome.

Romans 1:8-15
(8) First, I thank my God through Jesus Christ for all of you, because your faith is being reported all over the world.
(9) God, whom I serve with my whole heart in preaching the gospel of his Son, is my witness how constantly I remember you
(10) In my prayers at all times; and I pray that now at last by God’s will the way may be opened for me to come to you.
(11) I long to see you so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift to make you strong —
(12) That is, that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other’s faith.
(13) I do not want you to be unaware, brothers, that I planned many times to come to you (but have been prevented from doing so until now) in order that I might have a harvest among you, just as I have had among the other Gentiles.
(14) I am obligated both to Greeks and non-Greeks, both to the wise and the foolish.
(15) That is why I am so eager to preach the gospel also to you who are at Rome.

One thing we see in the above verses is that timing is often a critical factor in our accomplishing the will of God. Because of the configuration of spiritual forces that are beyond our perception, it is not always possible for us to “waltz along” on our mission from God. Sometimes we have to crawl through heavy artillery fire, and sometimes we must even stay in our foxhole for a while. The record in John 11 of Jesus raising Lazarus from the dead comes to mind.

John 11:6
Yet when he [Jesus] heard that Lazarus was sick, he stayed where he was two more days.

Why didn’t Jesus go immediately? We do not know, because God’s Word does not say, but certainly there was a reason. John 7:1-14 is also a most pertinent record, showing both the spiritual battle and Jesus’ concern for the right timing in his actions.

His brothers, who at that point did not believe in him, urged Jesus to go up to the Feast of Tabernacles and “show ‘em his stuff.” Note Jesus’ reply to them:

John 7:6-10, 14
(6) Therefore Jesus told them, “The right time for me has not yet come; for you any time is right.
(7) The world cannot hate you, but it hates me because I testify that what it does is evil.
(8) You go to the Feast. I am not yet going up to this Feast, because for me the right time has not yet come.”
(9) Having said this, he stayed in Galilee.
(10) However, after his brothers had left for the Feast, he went also, not publicly, but in secret.
(14) Not until halfway through the Feast did Jesus go up to the temple courts and begin to teach.
