Good night Met, I need some advice from the Metters and some objective viewpoints of what I am about to share.

Would you warn someone such as a colleague, associate or someone along those lines that the person they are seeing is HIV+?
I have a confession to make that I even placed before God.
There is a woman I know who is HIV+ ( Jamaican from Brooklyn, Ny) who has infected two men plus one of the men’s baby mother.
The first man I knew about because my ex is related to the woman who is positive. The entire family knew this girl is positive yet and still nobody, including me never pinch him ( before having sex wid her) fi tell him sey da girl deh sick. What happen know was the man tek sick and lose about 30ilbs in no amount of time everyone knew the reason except him. He eventually found out by me afterwards that he may be HIV+ he said him guh a doctor but it come back negative, I highly doubt that. You see about one year went by and I bumped into an old co-worker and she lost about a good 60ilbs. I said wow you look great, How did you lose the weight, but I seen in her face that she was sick so I no longer questioned the reasoning behind the weight loss. She tell mi sey she tek sick and she had some kind of disease such as lupus etc. prior to use ending the conversation I asked about her children and children’s father only for her to tell me he was cheating on her again (common) ; but this time she told me it was the same woman who is positive. I instantaneously froze; it was the same girl who I know is HIV+. It all made sense know the weight loss, the sickly facial features etc. I responded yea man mi memba da girl deh. Only for her to inform me that she is PREGNANT for her kids father. I tried to slightly tell her to not sleep with him and go get tested but she just kept telling me about her sorrows with this man and how him still want to have sex with her. So
My question to the Metters is, Do you think I should’ve told her that this young lady is rumored to have the ”monster”?
Due to my lack of understanding the HIPPA laws I am reluctant to tell her.
Grandma always sey ” what don’t concern you, leave it”. Should I leave it?
