WTF AFRICA THIEF IN A PASTOR’S ROBE

– Drama unraveled at a church in Kapsabet after a pastor while delivering a sermon to the congregate was ambushed by police officers and cuffed in front of his followers.

Call it a case of having a wolf as the shepherd of many lost sheep, the officers who were forced to tell the congregation the reason to their act and lack of respect for the church, told the church that the pastor had been a ring leader of a gang of robbers that robbed a bank in Nakuru.

The church congregation were bitter with rage and accused the officers of holding the wrong person as their pastor was the most faithful and trust worthy pastors that ever existed.

They told the officers to have a look at the church that the pastor has helped in its growth.

“How on earth can search a holy man commit such crimes as you incriminate him?” they asked.

In support of the pastor the followers shouted:
“Pasta wetu, milango itafunguka tu. Wewe usijali tuko na wewe mpaka mwisho,” (our pastor do not worry, the doors will open. We are together to the end,)

The church was however dumb struck when the pastor confessed to them that the officers were not wrong and he was indeed a thief and an armed robber.

“The police have said the truth. I am a robber and I thought I could hide here among you. Now my running has hit a wall,” he said remorsefully.

Congregates left the church with their heads down as they all had thoughts of how the pastor had fooled them for a long time.
