Upcoming dancehall deejay Shawn Storm turned himself into the St Andrew North police yesterday after he was named as a person of interest in connection with a robbery incident in the parish recently.

Last night, police confirmed that the deejay showed up with his attorney and is be questioned today.

Contacted last night, Crime Chief for the St Andrew North Division, Deputy Superintendent Altemorth ‘Para’ Campbell, said that the deejay is to also go on an identification parade.

According to Campbell, the artiste was wanted in connection with an incident which occurred while Storm and a group of men were allegedly en route from the Follow Di Arrow stage show on Sunday morning.

“It is alleged that he and a group of men robbed a fruit vendor, so he is to be questioned and go on an identification parade very soon,” Campbell said.
