When your account is causing issues for others on the server, we will suspend it and notify you which is what we’ve done. The issue is that you had a couple dozen queries that were running for 2+ seconds all at the same time causing the MySQL server to slow down for everybody else. One snapshot is here which is just one small snapshot in time from when we had a chance to snag it:

You’ll notice it’s the same person/visitor, I’d highly suggest disabling this plugin. I’m unsuspending the account now for you.
