Kevin Brown Attorney at Law. Internet crime complaints from my client Antonette T. Wallace Entertainer “Mad Candy”; the person who believes
they were defrauded or from a third party to the complainant. This message is the first and only attempt warning on August 12, 2010 at 11:58 am to remove all knowings of Entertainer “Mad Candy” from web site via “jamaicangroupiemet.com”. If via website fails to proceed we will be forced to track and press charges on four counts.

-Privacy Violations; based in common law allowing an aggrieved party to bring a lawsuit against an individual who unlawfully intrudes into his or her private affairs, discloses his or her private information, publicizes him or her in a false light, or appropriates his or her name for personal gain.

-Defamation of Character; the court of law the plaintiff pursuing the lawsuit would charge defamation of character to cover any form of false or damaging allegations.
 
-Slander; words falsely spoken that damage the reputation of another, defame: charge falsely or with malicious intent; attack the name and reputation of someone.

 -Copyright Infringement; no rights were granted from the author or creator of an original work, including the right to copy, distribute and adapt the work. No permission for usage of photography
Proof of law violation are saved and can be used against you in the court or law. Complaints filed via this website will be processed and may be referred to federal,state, local or international law enforcement or regulatory agencies for possible
