Twisted twosome busted in Jersey City for scheme to start baby-sitting business as cover to sexually abuse kids: authorities
Brooklyn man Bebars Baslan, 35, and Kirsten Henry, 25, were charged at hotel where an accomplice, who was actually an FBI informant, said they would bring an 8-year-old girl and two other children, a complaint said.

Bebars Basla, 35, of Brooklyn, was part of a twisted scheme to start a baby-sitting business as a cover to sexually abuse children, the FBI said in a complaint. Basla allegedly worked together with 25-year-old Kirsten Henry, who has experience as a baby sit and ‘crazy references. . . so it’ll look good.’
A Brooklyn man and his gal pal were charged with plotting to start a baby-sitting business as a cover to sexually abuse children, authorities said.

Bebars Baslan, 35, and Kirsten Henry, 25, were arrested Tuesday night at a Jersey City hotel where they had gone to meet an accomplice who was supposed to bring an 8-year-old girl and two other children – a 1-year-old and a 3-month-old boy.

The victims were going to be drugged and molested, FBI Special Agent Aaron Spivack stated in the complaint.

But the accomplice was an informant for the feds and was secretly taping conversations with the sickos, according to the complaint.

The accomplice asks Baslan, “What do you mean?” He answers, “You know, Dramamine, the allergy medicine. It knocks you out when you’re a kid.”

Baslan also told the accomplice he wanted to protect himself by photographing Henry performing oral sex on a child.

“She doesn’t actually do anything; she just takes the pose. You understand what I mean?” Baslan asked the accomplice.

“I’m not looking for an actual thing to happen. I’m just looking for the pose of it.”

In another conversation, Henry told the accomplice she used to baby-sit.

“So you’re — you’ve got, like, crazy references,” the accomplice said.. . . “So it’ll look good, that’ll be very good.”

Baslan had a video camera in his backpack when he was nabbed, the complaint filed in Brooklyn Federal Court states. The pair, who were held without bail, face up to 30 years in prison if convicted. Their lawyers declined to comment.
