FEEDING THE BEAST-DISCUSSION

What is love? Is love unconditionally loving someone ,knowing their faults but loving them too much to correct them? Or does love means loving someone acknowledging their faults and try to steer ”your love” in the right direction?
What does your love entail?
As mothers we are blessed with inner eyes that see through our daughters and sons. We see that daughter who has always had the spirit of promiscuity , we see their deceit yet we subtly cover what our eyes have seen – out of love??
That daughter who we know will amount to nothing, we know this because they have always shown signs of this yet we cling to straws that will soothe our love for that daughter
– ”People obeah har”
-”People put dem mout pan har”
-”Teacha neva like har”
-”She nave no lucky”
At what point do we acknowlege out children’s short comings enough to stop feeding the beast?
The sons you raise as pawns, the son that looks just like his dad that did not want you and the son was the tenure the beast who came fourth to calm the inner beast.
-The son who you always needed something, only for his father to come by.
-The son you say you love with your lips but secretly hate because he wasn’t bait enough for the catch
-The son who is a ticking time bomb because he has always lied, stolen and cheated.
-The son who is gay but includes you in the deceit of unsuspecting young women.
-The son who showed signs of a murderer from very young?
-The son who everyone was was hard on
-The son who was always in ”need why he stole”
At what point do we stop/start feeding our children’s beasts? Is it really love or is it the desire to want our child’s demise in a very underhanded / diplomatic way?

How have you fed the Beast?
Do you know anyone that has fed a Beast?
