One of the men killed in a triple slaying in Queens over the weekend had apparently been taunting a drug dealer — throwing around some of the $900,000 he stole from the thug, sources said yesterday.
James Bussereth, 33, had boasted of a $20,000 bounty on his head after the theft — and apparently didn’t care who saw him flaunting his new wealth.
Friday night, Bussereth and three pals were ambushed by at least two thugs armed with AK-47-like assault rifles.
Bussereth and two pals died. The other man survived.
I THINK DEM A SCROLL JMG FI TRUTH…WID DI PART WHEY DEM SEH IS AT LEAST TWO MEN
In a photograph emailed in to JMG, were the bodies of what appeared to be two men who were involved in the gruesome shooting on Saturday , July7, 2012. Both men visibly have multiple gunshot wounds , one of the men who appeared to have been wearing a white t-shirt has a defense gunshot wound on his arm , where he seems to have been trying to block the shot. The bullet seemingly tore through his arm and his bone could be seen. Another gunshot wound could also be seen further up his arm, closer to his shoulder. His forehead appeared to have been almost torn off by the bullets and his face showed traumatic and haunting wounds. The head of this young man was slumped over the back of the seat but hung down resting on the driver of the vehicle. Most of his wounds appears to be in his head and chest area.
The driver, who seems to have been wearing a navy blue or black t-shirt, appears to have been shot first as his window was riddled with bullets and the steering wheel splattered with blood as if he was shot first to stop the vehicle from moving. He appears to have taken more shots than the young man in white. While he has also has a defense wound on his arm, blood, cartilage and brain matter appears to have covered his arm. He was slumped over in his seat, with visible wounds on the side of his face and blood from those wounds, poured onto his arms and onto the shirt of the young man who was beside him.
From the photograph , it could be assumed that the vehicle was ambushed. First from the front , where the driver was shot in the head and then from the driver’s side of the vehicle. The shooter appeared to have been on both sides of the vehicle because both men have defense wounds on the outside of their arms. It can also be assumed that they were attacked by at least two men based on the nature of their injuries.

Assault rifles like the one used in the gruesome weekend triple slaying in Queens have been involved in at least two other shootings in the city in the past seven months, authorities said yesterday.
In Saturday’s slaughter, a man wielding an AK-47-style military weapon shot dead three men and wounded a fourth in apparent retribution for a nearly million-dollar drug rip-off, sources said.
One of the victims, James Bussereth, 33, had told pals before his death that he had a $20,000 bounty on his head, sources said.
Other recent incidents involving AK-47-style rifles include:
* Last December, when a masked man blew away his college roommate during an argument over counterfeit money on Staten Island.
* In April, when a lunatic who wounded four Brooklyn cops was reaching for a loaded assault rifle just before he was overrun by police and restrained.
But police sources said such rifles are unusual in the city.
“We’re just pistols here because you can hide [them] easily,” one source said. “There’s not enough space in the city to hide assault rifles.”
