Subject: Questions for OffshoreAlert article
Dear Mr. Rowe,
I am a Miami, Florida-based journalist and publisher of OffshoreAlert newsletter (www.OffshoreAlert.com ).
I will be writing about the large number of civil lawsuits filed at courts in Florida in which you represent various plaintiffs in their claims related to investment scams that targeted Jamaicans.
As part of my research, would you answer the following questions:
1. Rather than file multiple actions against the same defendants, why didn’t you file a single class action? Would this not have been more cost effective?
2. Do you represent some, most or all of the plaintiffs on a contingency basis or are you generally charging and collecting fees on a normal basis?
3. What judgments, if any, have you secured for the plaintiffs so far? How much money, if any, has been collected from defendants?
The deadline for your response, should you choose to provide one, is 5 pm EST Monday, August 23, 2010. My preferred method of receiving your response is by email to [email protected].
Sincerely,
David Marchant

Dear David,
I wanted to drop you a quick line in my tired state to bring to your attention a few points.
As your closest friend, it is imperative that we always have an open line of communication.
My current concerns stem around the fact that most of your attention and expertise is now
being focused on assisting the US Government in its quest to have a change of Government in Jamaica.
You are well aware of my feelings towards the corrupt government led by Golding and I have ALWAYS
supported you and the US Government in any way I can to acheive a brigher future for the poor
children of Jamaica.
But with that said, I still have a family to feed and bills to pay, not to mention defending the numerous
civil lawsuits filed against me by creditors.
I have tried to get momentum with the OLINT/I trade Fx indictment and in spite of writing letters, speaking to
numerous law enforcement agencies, including today the Florida Bureau of Financial Regulation, I still have acheived NOTHING !!!
Let us face it- NO INDICTMENT means you and I will have no chance of winning our civil suits and simply put,
it means we BOTH get NO MONEY!!!!
In my mind that option is unacceptable considering the volume of time spent on this case and how potentially close we are
to getting settlement offers.
Personally, I am very disappointed with parties who are more than willing to take my hard earned money and at the end of the day
no momentum is acheived. Instead I get a battery of excuses as to why they are unable to get the indictment signed for Smith and the Martinez’s.
To my horror, I am actually being asked to trump up more funds to have the authorities look at the Martinez’s. This is extortion of the highest order and quite
frankly is disheartening.
Today, I received a letter from the Attorney General of Florida’s office indicating that they are looking into the matter but that they note the FBI is already investigating the case.
I plan to pursue this angle and hope that God will bless us with the FLDE opening their own investigation into the matter.
As you well know there are some very pressing matters concering the OLINT case that are still pending:-
1) Requesting a Default Judgement for Wayne Smith in the Orange County Case- imagine Belcher is soon going to be in a position to seize assets and I am still fighting in the dark!!
2) Send a summary of your thoughts and recommended course of action to Christi Adams at Foley.
3) Getting Velma to consularize the Return of service for Edith Smith and Sybil Goffe.
Can I ask that you give me a half day of your staff time to process tha above outstanding matters?
I promised to help the “powers that be” with the new plan but I cannot continue to allow these elements to use my time, energy not to mention my personal security, without them also assisting me with my needs which quite frankly could be easily addressed with ONE phone call. I invite them to ponder on the following:-
Fool me once- shame on you
Fool me twice- shame on me
God bless brother,
Chris

Fatal Drug Debt?
A private investigator – who believes Whitney Houston was murdered – is still digging for more answers surrounding the pop princess’ death almost a year ago. Something HSK told you was happening over six-months ago.
According to Paul Huebel, the singer was slain by drug dealers over a $1.5-million drug debt. Now, the Chicago cop-turned-leading Hollywood P.I. says the agencies who headed Houston’s death investigation swept the dirt under the rug.
In a sensational disclosure that can crack the case wide open, Huebl says he’s received a tip from knowledgeable sources that Whitney’s killers were caught on hotel cameras. That’s exactly why Huebel explains he plans to contact the FBI.
Here’s what Paul Hebel, told the National Enquirer:
“I have evidence that points to Whitney being a victim of high-powered drug dealers who sent thugs to collect a huge debt she owed for drugs. They blended into a group of hangers-on that partied with Whitney at her hotel. The drug dealers and their thugs are from the East Coast with connections in Georgia and New Jersey, where Whitney lived.
The day before she died, Whitney received a delivery of cocaine at the hotel pool. Around 3 a.m., she partied with a small group in her suite – among them were the drug thugs. After they left, a stoned Whitney was seen on her hotel balcony shouting, ‘I’m tired of this shit.’ She was sick of being harassed about money she owed – as much as $1.5 million. Whitney refused to pay and argued with the thugs. The next day, they returned and killed her.
Around 2:45 p.m. on that fateful day, her assistant left to run errands. Whitney was left alone in her room, planning to take a bath before attending a pre-Grammy party that night. When the assistant arrived back at the suite around 3:35 p.m., Whitney was dead. I have evidence that in that 45-minute time frame, one or more of the hangers-on returned to Whitney’s suite and got into her room. They demanded the money she owed them, and headstrong Whitney refused to pay. And that’s when “things got physical.
The coroner’s report shows plenty of small injuries. Whitney was thrown into the bathtub and drowned. It seems things got out of hand and rather than just scare Whitney, they ended up murdering her. The dealers took whatever they could grab – money, drugs and jewelry – and fled before Whitney’s assistant returned to the room. The hotel has security cameras in the hallways and on elevators, and I’ve been tipped off that the killers can be seen on those videotapes. The FBI needs to closely examine those security tapes. Whitney’s body shows classic defense wounds which would have occurred while she was battling for her life. There are bruises on her arms and shoulders, a cut on her upper lip, scrapes to her nose and forehead, and lacerations to her scalp. Whitney had so many injuries it looked like she had been in a boxing match.
The coroner’s report confirms Whitney had cocaine, marijuana and sedatives including Xanax in her system. She was so stoned she would not have been able to put up much of a struggle. She was planning a comeback and was going to attend a party that night with music industry people she wanted to impress. Why would she take sedatives?
The water in the tub tested at 93.5 degrees at 9:35 p.m., six hours after Whitney’s death. She had a burnt section of skin measuring 5-by-3 1/4 inches on her lower back. That water must have been scalding hot when she entered the tub. No one would voluntarily get into near-boiling water like that. She was thrown in and her head was held under the water until she drowned! Death was due to drowning due to effects of atherosclerosis heart disease and cocaine use.
I believe the Beverly Hills police and the Los Angeles coroner are happy to sweep Whitney’s death under the rug, calling it accidental and closing their investigation. Also, I was tipped off by sources in the drug-dealing world that people from New Jersey and Georgia were involved, and that’s why we need a federal investigation. It’s a matter of an interstate conspiracy. I’m convinced Whitney Houston was murdered. Now it will be up to the FBI to prove it.”
Does Raffles van Exel or Pat Houston know about this pair of suspected murderers, whom Paul Hebel is talking about? I don’t know, but next time I see Ray J trying to pick up chics at the Skybar, I’ll ask him.

WTF AFRICA- MAN SHAMED FOR SLEEPING WITH MARRIED WOMAN
– A man in Kericho County took his walk of shame after he was caught red handed ‘in the act’ with a married woman. The primary school teacher had taken the lady out on Tuesday, 1st when the woman’s husband busted them pants down.
The confrontation brought the town to a standstill after a relative to the cheating wife’s husband spotted them and made a call to her husband unknown to them. Not long into their escapade, an angry mob led by the woman’s husband broke into their love cocoon baying for their blood.
The woman working for a tea farm escaped a beating narrowly after through the window leaving her lover at the mercy of the mob. Though the man claimed that he was unaware of the woman’s marital status, no one could hear any of it.
This infused a lot of excitement among the residents who were in total agreement that the man warranted the humiliation as he was an accustomed wife snatcher. The ‘slippery’ woman is still in hiding waiting for things to cool off before she shows her face. It is still unclear whether the couple will make peace.
The infidel man will at least keep it zipped when it comes to married women!
