WTF AFRICA- HUSBAND ATTEMPS TO BITE OF JOE GRIND’S PRIVATE

shocked_1

It is common to hear that a woman has bitten a man’s penis because of infidelity, but the reverse is the case regarding what has just happened at Ilupeju in Lagos, southwest Nigeria.

A 52-year old man, Abayomi Mayuku allegedly bit another man’s penis during a fight over alleged suspicion of sleeping with his wife.

Mayuku reportedly went to Olusesan Robinson’s house at 255, Railway Line, Ilupeju and inflicted injury on his penis with human bite.

This happened at about 8.00pm after the match between Nigeria and Ivory Coast in the ongoing Nations Cup in South Africa.

According to an eye witness, Mayuku left his home and came to Robinson’s house and alleged that he was told Robinson was dating his wife and warned him to desist from that.

Robinson, whose wife is heavily pregnant, denied and tried to explain to him that he was married and responsible man.

This angered Mayuku who immediately engaged Robinson in a scuffle. During the fight, he grabbed Robinson’s penis and bit it and as well as his neck.

Robinson suffered injuries and he is being treated in a hospital .

When P.M.NEWS visited Robinson’s house, his landlord confirmed the incident and explained that he heard the commotion but he didn’t come out because he was not feeling fine on that day.

The matter was reported at Olosan Police Station in Mushin and Mayuku was arrested and charged to court.

He is now facing a one count charge of assault, occasioning harm.

He pleaded not guilty and the presiding Magistrate, Mrs. F.O. Abegunde granted him bail in the sum of N250, 000 with two sureties in like sum.

He was, however, remanded in prison custody at Kirikiri pending when he will perfect his bail.

The matter was adjourned till 27 Febuary, 2013.

PARIAH OR PROPHET OF A LIFE-AFFIRMING ETHIC?

Ann Coulter – Pariah or Prophet of a Life-Affirming Ethic?

Ann Coulter’s visit to Earlham provides an interesting backdrop for a number of ethical reflections, but we will isolate one: her argument that her support of the death penalty and her rejection of abortion are motivated by the same principle—affirming the value of life—and as such constitute a consistent position and not a contradictory one as assumed by her political opponents.

When responding to a questioner after her formal talk, she took offense at the suggestion that taking the life of an innocent fetus is comparable to taking the life of a hardened criminal who has killed others in cold blood. She argued that her support of the death penalty is actually an affirmation of the value of human life, the life that was taken by the criminal. The implication of her argument is that all lives are not of equal value, and to take the life of some people is necessary to maintain a society that truly values life. Though we may want to find an ethical refuge in the affirmation of the equal value of all biological life, Coulter invites us to look deeper at the tension between the affirmation of biological life and a life-affirming ethic that ascribes greater value to other perspectives of “life” and its value.

Without weighing in on her various and admittedly radical conservative opinions, we can appreciate her attempt to take a difficult and unpopular path in the pursuit of ethical absolutes. The fact that she offends the ethical sensibilities of a liberal campus should not be taken as evidence that she does not, in fact, have something important to say to those whose presumptions of ethical superiority constitute an ideological basis for an absolutistic ethic that may not bear out in the “real world.” Her voice, then, could be a kind of prophetic confrontation from “right field” that asks for a deeper inquiry into the value of a more authentic “life-based” ethic. Such an ethic critiques those who have presumed a claim to the moral high ground based on their advocacy of the abolition of the death penalty.

Using the affirmation of life as the lynchpin of an ethical system has an ancient root in the Torah: “This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live” (Deut. 30:19). Thus, this biblical injunction to affirm life effectively trumps the more abstract issues of right and wrong, and good and evil. This is also seen in the Decalogue, the fifth commandment of which contains both the command to honor mother and father and the promise of long life. McClendon [one of the authors reviewed in class] (p. 179) sees this as a granting of biological time to national Israel succeeding generations, but Paul’s citation of this verse in Ephesians 6:1 tips the scale in favor of viewing it as a personal promise of a protected and extended life to those individuals who choose to honor their mother and father. The good, then, is that which affirms the quality of family life, in this case by honoring the source of one’s biological life—their parents. Thus, the commandment and the grand promise attached to it point to the same sort of life-affirming ethic that we saw in the Deuteronomic passage.

To this point, we may have nearly universal agreement. Who with an eye toward the ethical does not want to affirm life? But what authentically affirms life, and the value of life? This is where our reflections can diverge, particularly as we contemplate the polarizing issues of abortion and the death penalty. Each issue hinges on what aspect of “life” we care to emphasize. If we value the biological aspect, we have a problem when the biological life of the mother is threatened by the biological life of the fetus, and both lives are threatened. We cannot toss an ethical coin, so to speak, but must look for a higher principle of life-affirmation. For instance, to choose to preserve a mother’s life instead of the fetus saves her life as well as preserves the possibility of her having more children. In such a case, we must make a difficult value judgment that all human lives are not equal, and biological life is not an absolute value. Is not this the same issue that must be faced when dealing with the reality of evil people who are set upon the destruction of others? The question is, are not some people by their behavior “worthy of death,” a notion that is found in both Old and New Testaments (Exod. 21:12; Rom. 1:32)?

The example of Todd Beamer and the other men who, on September 11, 2001, chose to resist the hijackers on United Flight 93 highlights the real-world dilemma that asks peace-loving people to try to kill hijackers so they cannot use a plane full of people as a bomb that will kill many more people. The question of what affirms life is readily answered in such a case, even though it involves the death of some. McClendon’s biographical sketch of Dietrich Bonhoeffer reveals the former’s judgment that the latter’s decision to participate in the conspiracy to assassinate Hitler was “inconsistent with Bonhoeffer’s Christian convictions” (p. 205). Perhaps Bonhoeffer’s earlier categorical aversion to violence was trumped by the reality of a death-dealing evil so profound that he found his old ethical convictions and categories inadequate to maintain his Christian love of life. Perhaps he found that to choose to kill someone who is set upon the death of others is not unethical after all, in any categorical sense that he could accept.

Thus, our ethical reflection brings us back to Ms. Coulter’s challenge to the categorical rejection of the death penalty. Perhaps the lesson to be learned is that there are limits to every attempt to systematize ethics, whether categorical, narrative, or decisionist. McClendon’s three strand approach, then, may hold the most promise for a biblical ethics that is sufficiently adaptable to real-world living, and resolving the many tensions between principle and practice.

State Department officer took bribes from musician Mavado for visa help

A U.S. State Department law enforcement officer has pleaded guilty to accepting bribes to help a “well-known” Jamaican musician gain a visa to enter the United States, federal prosecutors in Alexandria said.

David J. Rainsberger, an officer with the State Department’s Diplomatic Security Service, admitted to unlawfully receiving watches worth thousands of dollars and other gifts while stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica.

Rainsberger also admitted to making false statements to the U.S. government on a national security questionnaire.

The 32-year-old faces a maximum penalty of seven years in prison when he is sentenced on April 19 but is likely to receive less than two years based on federal sentencing guidelines, prosecutors said.

In recent years, a number of Jamaican artists have been stripped of their U.S. visas, and the U.S. Embassy in Kingston has provided no reasons for its actions. The ban on the visas forced the Caribbean entertainment industry to scale back its shows in the U.S.

Some of the artists, such as Grammy-winner Beenie Man and Mavado, have since had their visas reinstated.

According to court records, Rainsberger served as an assistant regional security officer for investigations at the U.S. Embassy in Kingston from 2009 to 2011.

While there, Rainsberger became friends with a well-known Jamaican musician whose entry into the U.S. had been barred because of allegations of criminal conduct, prosecutors said. The musician was identified in court papers only by the initials D.B., but a law enforcement source confirmed to The Washington Examiner that the musician is Mavado, a top Jamaican performer whose real name is David Constantine Brooks.

This week, Snoop Lion, formerly known as Snoop Dogg, released a new video featuring Mavado called “Lighters Up” (see video embedded above).

Rainsberger conducted his own investigation into the allegations against Mavado in 2011, and subsequently reinstated the visa for the artist. That allowed Mavado to travel to the U.S. to take advantage of performance and recording opportunities.

In exchange for his assistance in obtaining a U.S. visa, the musician reportedly bought Rainsberger two luxury watches worth about $2,500.

Prosecutors said Rainsberger also received free admission to nightclubs, backstage passes and a birthday party hosted by Mavado.

At the same time, Rainsberger, who was already married, became engaged to a Jamaican woman and intentionally withheld the disclosure of the relationship from the U.S. government, prosecutors said.

Rainsberger also admitted to illegally accessing State Department visa and passport databases for personal purposes, prosecutors said.

US Officer Admits Jamaican Entertainer Bribed Him For Visa

Published: Thursday February 7, 2013 | 6:31 pm0 Comments
US State Department security officer David J. Rainsberger has pleaded guilty to accepting two luxury watches from a Jamaican entertainer in exchange for helping him to get an American visa.

Court documents have only listed the artiste as D.B.

Rainsberger, 32, was convicted in a federal court in Alexandria to accepting unlawful gratuities and making false statements.

A release on the website of the US Attorney General’s office, says Rainsberger faces a maximum penalty of two years in prison on the gratuities charge and five years in prison on the false statements charge when he is sentenced on April 19, 2013.

According to court records, Rainsberger served as an assistant regional security officer for investigations at the U.S. embassy in Kingston, Jamaica, from 2009 to 2011.

While there, Rainsberger befriended the well-known Jamaican artiste whose entry to the U.S. had been barred because of allegations of criminal conduct.

Rainsberger’s investigation of artiste resulted in the reinstatement of his visa.

The artiste was then allowed to travel to the U.S. to take advantage of performance and recording opportunities.

The US Attorney General’s office says the artiste bought for Rainsberger two luxury watches worth approximately US$2,500.

In addition, Rainsberger received free admission to nightclubs, backstage access to concerts, and a birthday party hosted by the artiste.

DID BOB MARLEY REALLY DIE OF CANCER?

Was Bob Marley Assasinated?

My short and direct answer to this question is YES, more than likely.

(You Say) OK, then why do you think that? I thought Bob Marley died of Cancer!

This is true, Bob Marley did die of cancer, but lets take a closer look at WHY & HOW.

First of all, lets us try to see IF or WHO might have a MOTIVE for getting Bob Marley ‘out of the way’.

We live in a World that is totally run by and controlled for a people whose inordinate view of themselves is so warped and twisted that they have actually perpetrated and exported a system of racism and white supremacy all over the planet. This people’s history has literally been written in the blood of the black, the brown and the red peoples of the planet and they have shown that they will stop at nothing to preserve the status quo of white supremacy and world domination. The People that I am referring to are the European Caucasian white race. Now before you say, ‘This sounds like racism’, please try to have an analytical and unemotional study of Black history in the West.

Marcus Garvey ‘arrested’ by the FBI

How did WE get here? How did WE get to the Caribbean, England and America? What has been OUR experience since being here? Has it been a good experience? Are we better off for our being brought here in the holds of ships? Have OUR children benefited from being here? If you say YES then you need not read any further!
History has shown that every time a charismatic black leader stood up to try to teach black people our ‘lost’ and ‘hidden’ history in order to unite us and bring about balance to an imbalanced world and an end to the system of white supremacy through the rise of black people, that one has always been maligned, lynched, assassinated or imprisoned: Nelson Mandela, Hon. Marcus Garvey, Malcolm X, Martin Luther King, Nat Turner, Paul Bogle and Steve Biko to mention a few.

Bob Marley and the Wailers influence in the World during the 1970’s up to his death in 1981 was truly tremendous and must not be underestimated. Bob was asked by many African governments to perform in their Countries, as through his music, he inspired a revolutionary spirit and thinking that caused Black and oppressed peoples throughout the World to throw off the shackles of Western Colonialism and oppression or as he termed it “Babylon Rule”.

During the 1980 Wailers ‘Uprising Tour’ in Europe and America, they drew the largest crowds of ANY live band of that time. The following that Bob Marley and the Wailers had built up over a decade of intense studio recording and international touring, coupled with Bob’s revolutionary and uncompromising message of FREEDOM, JUSTICE, AND EQUALITY for all regardless of race, colour or creed, Literally terrified those in circles of Power all over the planet.
It is said that the cancer that Bob Marley died from started in his big toe in the form of a melanoma under the toenail, which is said to of metastasised to the stomach, lungs and brain over a three-year period. Melanoma is apparently one of the deadliest forms of cancer, however it is a cancer that is very rare among black people.

The word Melanoma comes from the word Melanin. This [Melanin] is the chemical that is secreted from the pineal gland in the centre of the brain. It gives black people our colour and rhythm; it also naturally protects us from the suns potentially ‘harmful’ rays. European Caucasians also have a pineal gland but it has calcified and therefore does not produce melanin, hence melanoma is a cancer that is associated with sunbathing white skinned Europeans who contract the disease through being exposed to the suns ‘harmful ultra violet rays’ for long periods of time.

The United States and the British Governments have been developing CHEMICAL and BIOLOGICAL weapons for many years, there is conclusive evidence that they have also used them on many occasions. AIDS is Biological warfare (24.5 Million Black Africans Suffering with H.I.V or AIDS, many more in the Caribbean and in Black Communities across America); Crack Cocaine is Chemical Warfare (the Black Community is rife with Crack Cocaine though we don’t manufacture it).
According to the website The CIA and reggae, In a feature – written by Richard Hatch entitled “Cancer Warfare” in a 1991 edition of a research Journal called “Covert Action” – Hatch examined the history of research carried out by the American Government during the President Richard Nixon term of office, aimed at developing cancer-causing agents. Thousands of animals were infected in experiments using aerosol distribution of carcinogenic viruses.

Bob’s Wife Rita Marley
Why would the American government want to develop cancer-causing weapons that could be simply sprayed from an aerosol can in areas such as a hotel room prior to an unsuspecting victim entering that room? Could this be what happened to Bob Marley? I was at a press conference in London with Rita Marley (01.04.04), and I asked her “Do you think that Bob Marley was assassinated by the CIA or by another western government agency or do you believe that he contracted cancer through some other means?” She candidly replied “I have been thinking about it for sometime, I am not sure, they may have, I am still thinking about it”.

In 1976 there was an assassination attempt on Bob Marley’s life, his wife Rita, his manager Don Taylor, and Bob himself were all shot by gunmen at Bob’s home in Hope road, Kingston, Jamaica. At that time the assassination attempted was passed off as being a part of the political violence taking place during the elections, however today there is clear and overwhelming evidence that the American CIA were heavily involved in trying to destabilize the country because they feared that Jamaican Prime Minister Michael Manley was becoming an allied of Cuba’s Fidel Castro.

Chris Blackwell
In the book “Songs of freedom” Chris Blackwell (Island Records) who signed Bob Marley and the Wailers, said that he was brought into the American ambassadors office in Jamaica and told that ‘THEY’ have their eye on him because he is working with this guy who was capable of ‘destabilizing’.

Bob Marley was extremely accessible at all times to his many fans, friends, and acquaintances and to those of his people who needed financial help and assistance.

There was no real security around Bob Marley. We know that Bob Marley was a devout herb smoker, hence whilst touring the world he would have had to rely on local sources for his supply of herb, food, and drink. In Rita Marley’s Book “No Woman No Cry”, Rita states that “But then I guess the lifestyle had so broadened, and so many people were riding on our earnings, that he (Bob) wasn’t in control anymore over who knew what or when. Other people had taken over his life completely, and I did’nt know-maybe he didn’t even know-what he was eating or smoking”.I know what you are thinking, you are saying to yourself that maybe he got cancer naturally through his smoking of weed. First Cancer is not a natural disease and prior to his death, Bob Marley was a very fit 36-year-old man whose favourite free time activities were playing football and jogging? Have you ever seen the amount of energy that Bob Marley displayed whist performing on stage? You have many people that are heavy weed smokers, even Cocaine users and alcoholics living far longer than 36 years.

In 1977 when Bob Marley injured his big toe whilst playing football in France – the same toe that the cancer allegedly started in – a French doctor gave him an injection in his toe whilst dressing it. What did he inject into the toe and why? Was it a Painkiller or could it have been something nastier?
Dr Josef Issels
Dr Josef Issels, ‘former German SS officer’ and very ‘controversial’ doctor who treated Bob at the Sunshine Cancer Clinic in Bavaria, West Germany stated that he was told not to treat Bob Marley because he was ‘THE MOST DANGEROUS BLACK MAN’ alive.

The Enemy of the rise of the Black, the Brown and the Red peoples of the planet had so many reasons and so many opportunities to murder Bob Marley, You think about it AND INDEED STUDY INTO THIS SUBJECT for yourself and I believe that you will agree with me.

“How long shall they kill our prophets while we stand aside and look?”
