MAN CATCHES WIFE AT 3AM COMING FROM NIGHT PRAYERS

1 (3)

Husband catches WIFE in bed with LOVER on returning from night PRAYERS at 3am.

A man who had gone for an all-night prayer got the shock of his life when he caught his ‘faithful’ wife pants down with a neighbour on his bed at their matrimonial home. The incident is said to have happened at around 3am.

“The two lovebirds’ timing was wrong as Maskiri decided to return earlier than expected and he caught them in the act. He then alerted some neighbours who proceeded to report the matter to the police,” said a witness.

A source said the husband, only identified as Maskiri, returned home from prayers earlier than the usual time and this helped him to catch his unfaithful wife, Fungai Sibanda, having sex with their neighbour, identified as Tinashe Mutuwari.

When Maskiri was contacted for comment, he opened up saying he was still in dilemma of what had driven his wife to do such an embarrassing thing.

“I had gone for an all-night prayer and my wife had remained at home. At around 3am, I decided to go home as I was feeling sleepy. When I got home, I got the shock of my life as I found my wife sleeping with Tinashe on our bed. I became weak and could not do or say anything to the two. I quietly walked out and informed some neighbours,” said Maskiri.

He revealed that he suspected it was not the first time Tinashe had spend the night at his home as he regularly went for all-night prayers leaving his wife at home.

To the surprise of many, the wife got a restraining order from a local court against her husband. “Surprisingly, Fungai rushed to seek a peace order against me saying I was troubling her and she won the case,” the husband added.

TRUTH SEEKERS-GOOD MORNING

The Truth Seekers
by Cara Hanson

If I ever hit my head and develop amnesia, I will not have to go a long time without knowing my name. In fact, thanks to my children, I am reminded of my name several hundred times on a daily basis. (“Mommy! Mommy! Mommy! Mommy! MOM! Mommmmmmeeeeeeee!”) Repetition is the name of the game that children play, and it forces parents to learn very quickly the meaning of patience. Many adults have been pushed to the brink of insanity just by having to hear the “Barney Theme Song” one too many times. You can take a survey to verify this, but I believe that the number one repeated word of choice for youngsters is “Why?”

An average conversation with a three year old looks something like this:

Parent: Please come here now.
Child: Why?
Parent: Because I asked you to.
Child: Why?
Parent: Because I want you to come here.
Child: Why?
Parent: Because I asked you to.
Child: Why? Why? Why?
Parent: (Face down in soup) Aaaaaaaaghh!

For a while, I considered boycotting the letter “y” from the alphabet. However, I have recently learned that I should be encouraging the natural questioning of my children. Most young children are natural Truth Seekers. They do not initially accept an answer at face value; they need validation and confirmation. That is why they will not accept “because I said so”, as an answer. If they are not nurtured in this search for corroboration of truth, the desire becomes squelched in adulthood. Not only will they stop asking “why,” but they will also stop caring. It is the ultimate lesson in “How to Become Jaded.”

Our five year old, Grace, is not one to readily accept an answer. One day I made a comment about the sun going down, to which she responded, “The sun doesn’t really go down, does it Mommy?” For you sports fans, she was throwing a flag on the play. I had never taught astronomy to her, but she challenged the truth of my statement. This challenge resulted in a lengthy explanation about the solar system that I had planned for her middle school years. Rather than letting me off the hook, she was choosing to seek the truth.

Truth Seeking 101 should be a mandatory college course. Somewhere along the way, adults seem to lose a little bit of the basics, especially concerning religion. I know several people who believe that the truth is whatever you believe it to be in your heart. In other words, everyone has his or her own truth. (Which reminds me-Logic should also be a mandatory course). If everyone’s own opinion is the truth, then we might as well pack up our brains right now, because nothing will ever make sense! God makes it clear that there is one Truth, and that His desire is for us to pursue it:

1 Timothy 2:3 and 4
(3) This is good, and pleases God our Savior,
(4) who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

Many people like to quote “The truth will set you free” (John 8:32), but they leave out the all-important preceding words spoken by Jesus. He said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” When you keep the context of the verses, Jesus Christ stated that the way in which truth will set you free is through the truth of what he taught. His teachings are conveniently located in our Bibles! The Apostle Paul told the Thessalonians to “stand firm and hold to the teachings we passed on to you” (2 Thess. 2:15), which now have been passed on to us through the church epistles.

When learning to become a Truth Seeker, daily time studying the Bible is a course requirement. The book of Acts explains why the Bereans were of more “noble character” than the Thessalonians:

Acts 17:11b
…for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

Every time Paul taught the Word to the Bereans, they verified the truth themselves. They were not ashamed to ask, “Why?” or any other question. Examining the Scriptures in this manner has become a lost art. Sometimes people are afraid that the truth might challenge their lifelong traditions. It’s as if Jack Nicholson from A Few Good Men is yelling in their ear, “You can’t handle the truth!” Ironically, once we realize that the Word is truth, not only can we handle it, but it also liberates our hearts and brings us peace.

The Word of God is truth, but it will not leap off of the pages into our brains. We need to do the following:

2 Timothy 2:15
Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a workman who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.

Before I started studying the Bible, I did not “handle” the truth at all; I fumbled it. Instead of being a “workman,” I simply allowed myself to be fed the traditions of men without question. If you constantly “feed” yourself with something that is empty, you will never be satisfied.

Now that I am teaching our children, I no longer have the luxury of accepting something blindly. Sometimes I’m engaging in a tennis match of logic when I serve them a truth of the Scripture-they lob it back to me with, “WHY?” Thankfully, this forces me to work diligently, for they hold me accountable for logical answers that will satisfy their appetite for God’s Word. How can I expect my own children to consume a diet of traditions, when they are hungry for the truth?

One advantage of the constant barrage of questions from our children is that it forces me to think. Sometimes I rush through a biblical record, but the kids will ask me to go back and paint a clearer picture. For example, our daughter Grace wanted to know if Jesus was wearing sandals when he walked on the water. I had never given it any thought, but she was concerned about whether or not his shoes got wet. Another time when I explained that Jesus will return in the clouds, she asked exactly how we would get out of the house to meet him. These are questions that most adults do not ponder, but she was probably already working on some sort of Emergency Evacuation Plan, and she needed details for the diagram.

These countless wonderful moments with our children have allowed me to reflect more on the Scriptures and challenge my brain to work overtime. No, baby Moses did not go floating down the river like a ride at a water park, and no, Noah’s ark was not a small house boat filled with stuffed animals. Thankfully, God has unlimited patience with man.

Ephesians 6:14 exhorts believers to stand “with the belt of truth buckled around your waist.” Notice that it does not use “suspenders,” which tend to slip off the shoulder, but a buckled belt. Whenever people eat too much, they like to loosen up their pants a little to get some breathing room. You rarely see someone wearing a belt at an all-you-can-eat buffet for just that reason. A belt is secure and difficult to remove! Just like children and their endless demand of WHY’s, we should be relentless in our pursuit of truth, and then fasten it securely with a belt to complete the full armor of God. It’s never too late to become a truth seeker!

Parties with athletes and movie stars, a scuffle with Usher and a mother with A-list connections: The glamorous LA lifestyle of the law student executed on a New York street
Brandon Woodard, 31, came from a wealthy, well-connected Los Angeles family and attended exclusive private schools
As a party and nightclub promoter, he became a fixture of the LA nightlife and socialized with professional athletes and movie stars
Woodard had a dark side, though, and had at least 20 arrests on his criminal record – including robbery and cocaine possession
Police are reportedly questioning a suspect in the shooting and have recovered the getaway car

The law student assassinated on a busy New York City street was the son of wealthy businesswoman and traveled in elite circles in his native Los Angeles.
Brandon Woodard, 31, attended top private schools, drove a Land Rover and partied with professional athletes and movie stars – reportedly getting into a scuffle with Usher’s bodyguards once.
Despite his pedigree, Woodard also had a dark side. He has been arrested 20 times – including for robbery and cocaine possession – and friends called him ‘Batman’ because they were never sure what was really going on in his life.

Moment of attack: Brandon Woodard is seen texting on his phone moments before his killer, on the left, pulls a gun from his pocket and shoots him in the head in broad daylight

Victim: Brandon Woodard was said to have been trying to turn around a life of crime after being arrested on a number of charges and was studying law
New York police reportedly apprehended a suspect in Woodard’s brutal murder on Wednesday and were questioning him about the brazen shooting in crowded Midtown near Columbus Circle.
The New York Post reports that the man in custody is one of several persons of interest in the case. He was picked up in Rosedale, Queens.

Detectives have identified drugs as a possible motive in the killing.
Woodard’s murder shocked the city for its cold, calculated efficiency. Surveillance footage released by the NYPD shows the gunman walking up behind Woodard and shooting him once him the back of the head.

Connected: Sandra Wellington, Woodard’s mother, is a successful Los Angeles businesswoman
A source told the Post that Woodard could have been lured to the spot by a text message or a phone call.
He is believed to have walked past the getaway car on West 58th Street and the driver pointed him out to the gunman, the source said.
The victim then reversed direction and walked back towards his assailant after receiving a text message or call, and the shooter then crept behind him, the source said.
The shooter didn’t pause or panic as he turned and left Woodward to die in a pool of his own blood – he simply got into a waiting Lincoln MKX getaway car and fled the scene.
Police found the car, which was a rental, in Queens on Wednesday and talked to the couple who had rented it.
The Post reports that detectives don’t believe the two were in the vehicle at the time of the shooting, but may have loaned it to the assassins.
Woodard grew up in privilege in Los Angeles. His mother, Sandra Wellington owns the once-successful United International Mortgage. Other family members are well-connected lawyers and entrepreneurs, the New York Times reports.
Mrs Wellington is married to the ex-boyfriend of former soap star Tonya Pinkins, who claims the family is involved in criminal business dealings.
Ms Pinkins, who starred in ‘All My Child’ and won a Tony award for ‘Jelly’s Last Jam,’ says the murder could be connected to Mrs Wellington, according to Showbiz 411.

Star power: Woodard once claimed he was involved in a scuffle with Usher’s bodyguards. His mother, Sandra Wellington has been in a long-running dispute with Tonya Pinkins (right), who starred in ‘All My Children’
‘We’ve been waiting for something like this,’ she told the gossip site.
Pinkins has been involved in a long-running dispute with Mrs Wellington and her husband Rod, the father of Ms Pinkins’ daughter.
Police on Tuesday refused to comment on whether they are investigating Woodard’s mother’s business in connection with the shooting.
Ms Wellington could not be reached for comment on the allegations Wednesday night.
Woodard attended the private Campbell Hall high school, where he was a star basketball player.
He was a member of the exclusive invitation-only Jack and Jill of America society, which caters to upper-class black families.

Family: Woodard, seen here with his five-year-old daughter, came from a wealthy family – but continued his hard-partying lifestyle until his death
For college, he went to Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, a $55,000-per-year private school.
Family members say he was a second-year law student at the University of West Los Angeles School of Law, another private school.
In college, he drove a Range Rover, friends told the Times.
More recently, he had his eye on buying a Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG, a luxury car with a base price of $153,000.
Friends say he worked as a party and nightclub promoter.
At clubs he threw around large chunks of money on expensive booze and private tables – partying with actors and athletes.
He once bragged about getting beaten up by the bodyguards for the R&B prince Usher, the Post reports.

Sadet Kolo, 36, who was skateboarding near the victim told the New York Daily News: ‘It came out of nowhere. I turned around and saw a man next to me, on the ground. I called 911 and told him “Hang on. Help is on the way”

Intent: The gunman is seen in khaki pants and a dark top loitering next to the grey car as he waits for his victim to come walking down the street
Woodards neighbors often complained about the noise from his raucous parties.
However, beneath the seemingly charmed life, friends say, Woodard has a darker side. He continued to party hard into his 30s, even as his friends began to settle down. Woodard also has a five-year-old daughter.
Woodard also had a lengthy criminal record – at least 20 arrests.
He was busted several times for stealing from upscale grocery stores – including in 2009 when he was arrested for robbery after struggling with a guard.
He also had cocaine arrests.
In the summer, Mrs Wellington’s company, United International Mortgage, had its lending power revoked by California regulators. The company is also the target of numerous lawsuits alleging fraud and breach of contract.
Friends say Woodard had a girlfriend in New York, but no one knows why he was visiting the city.
One friend told the Times, ‘He lived a little Batman-ish – a little secretive.’
