BUT LOOK WHO A TALK DOE- TOO RACIST TO FONDLE A BLACK STUDENT?

Texas teacher Esther Irene Stokes, 61 (pictured above), fought back against claims that she sexually molested 7-year-old Black female student by saying that she’s racist, so she would never touch a Black child, reports Chron.com.

According to a criminal complaint, the 7-year-old first grader claims that Stokes, a teacher at Northwest Preparatory Academy Charter School in Humble, sent all of the other children away and fondled her “private part,” which she indicated was her vaginal area, said Humble Police Department Detective J. Blanchard.

Stokes admitted to being prejudiced and used that as proof that she would never touch “any part of [a Black child’s] body,” but she failed a polygraph test.

The girl told investigators that Stokes made her stand out in the hallway after she told her to stop and wouldn’t let her eat lunch that day. Though Stokes also denied that claim, Northwest Preparatory Academy Charter School Principal Paul A. Hardin admitted that cafeteria records verify that the girl did not eat lunch on March 1 — the day of the incident.

Miracle Educational Systems fired Stokes on Tuesday and released the following statement:

“The employee involved was immediately placed on administrative leave as soon as the complaint was received, and the matter was investigated,” a statement said. “As a result of the Academy’s investigation, the staff member in question has been terminated.”

Stokes bond was set at $10,000 bond and she was released the following day. She is scheduled to appear in court on May 21.
