Narrative
On March 3, 2013, members of the Dover Police Department’s Drug Unit conducted an investigation into the mailing of drugs to an address in the City of Dover. A search warrant was executed at 96 Hitching Post Dr. and detectives recovered 12.5 pounds of marijuana which had been shipped to that location through the mail. Defendant Sheriana Peart was arrested and committed to the Baylor Womens Correctional Facility in default of $18,000 secured bond.
