Courtney Francis was arrested on the charges above but the were later dropped as the charges were unfounded. Documents reveal that, Francis reprimanded one of his children who was fourteen at the time because he was told by her mother that she was missing for three days. The mother later found out that the young teen had a boyfriend and had spent the three days in his home.
Francis said he was livid and reprimanded her severely. The young teen was said to have allegedly reported that she was molested, these charges were later unfounded after authorities investigated claims made by the teen.
