Update: CASE student charged with attempted murder after fire

PORT ANTONIO, Portland – The College of Agriculture, Science and Education (CASE) student held for yesterday’s early morning fire at the institution has been identified.
Eighteen-year-old Romario Bacchas , who reportedly confessed to the crime which destroyed two rooms in the male dormitory, has been slapped with both attempted murder and arson charges, the Observer has been told.

The identity of the student was being withheld until he was formally charged by the police.
Bacchass is expected to appear in court Friday.
