BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
MY FAMILY MEMBER.. SHE JOINED FACEBOOK SHE IS AN ELDERLY WOMAN SHE AS HER BUSINESS AND ALL. ANYHO. SHE GOT A REQUEST FROMN E+++ S+++ B+++, ACCEPTED. SHE SAID SHE AND HER SISTER IN LAW SAW COUPLE STUFF THEY LIKED THEY ALSO ORDERED AND PAID OVER 51,OOO IN CASH. ANYWAYS SHE GOT HER STUFF AFTER A MTH. WHICH ON THE SITE IT SAYS A WEEK OR TWO FOR THINGS TO BE DELIVERED… SHE DID NOT GET EVERYTHING SHE ORDERED PLUS THE WRONG COLOR DRESS. THIS ELEVATED IN AN ARGUMENT. AND MET IF YOU EVER SEE HOW THE BIG BIG ENTREPRENEUR HANDLE HER CUSTOMERS. MY AUNT GAVE ME HER PIN AND I WAS TRYING TO TELL HER THAT WHEN YOU HAVE A BUSINESS CUSTOMERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE RIGHT AND YOU DISAGREE WITH THEM POSITIVELY. SHE SAY HER COMPANY POLICY IS TO DEAL WITH PEOPLE LIKE “SLEEPING DOGS”. I ALSO HAD ASKED SOMEONE TO SPEAK WITH HER PRIOR TO THIS AND THEY ALSO GOT IN AN ARGUMENT WHICH WENT TO THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE. SHE CURSED HIM RIGHT OUT ” HER BUSINESS STILL A MEK MONEY AND SO WHAT” CAUSE APPARANTLY SHE TOLD HIM SHE KNEW IT WAS NOT THE COLOR THE LADY WANTED BUT THAT’S WHAT SHE SAW IT TO BE SO SHE JUST TOLD HER IT WAS SO EVEN THOUGH SHE KNEW IT WASNT” HIM DISAGREEING WITH HER SHE RAN HIM AWAY. HE DELETED HER FROM BBM.
ANYWAYS AFTER GIVING HER NO OPPTIONS AT ALL SHE ASKED HER FOR THE OTHER STUFF SHE ORDERED FROM NOV 7TH THIS IS IN DEC EVEN SINCE THE NEW YEAR NO DRESS. SHE SAY EVERY WEEK END SHE SAY SHE’S SENDING THE GUY TO DROP OFF. TILL ONE WEEK END THE MAN INA HOSPITAL AND SHE HAS PROVE THAT HE IS. AND SHE SAID SHE SPOKE WITH GHIM AN HOUR AGO AND HE WAS ON HIS WAY… ANYWAYS MET WHAT I WAS GETTING TO IS THE EXTRA 30 US SHE TOOK FROM THE WOMAN FOR EXPRESS AIRMAIL BEFORE DEC 26 WHICH STILL DIONT ARRIVE YET AND NO REFUND.. AND IF YOU EVER SEE THE MUNCHES YOU DROP DEAD..
MAYBE THIS IS A NEW SCAMMING STYLE…
AND I ALSO HEARD HER NAME IS K++ T++ SOME DANCEHALL WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN WITH CALL EVERYBODY NAME NO FULL STOP. I ARE NOT LYING.. AND I ALSO TOLD HER I WOULD EXPOSE HER SHE SAID SHE CARED LESS. SO SHE WOULD DEFF. KNOW WHO IT’S COMING FROM. EVEN AT ONE POINT SHE AGREED THAT SHE WAS WRONG BUT IT’S THE DEVIL IN HERE CAME OUT. I WAS SHOCKED SHE SAID THE POLICY IS TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE SLEEPJBG DOGS. SIGH!
I FORGOT TO SAY HOW SHE TELL MY AUNTY TO GO DOWN THE WARF FOR HER DRESS HERSELF!!!!LOL AND SHE GIVE ME ONE NAME I CANT PRONOUNCE HOW SHE ORDER SOMETHING FROM A COMAPNY MUSI INA EUROPE FROM SEPT AND THEY JUST REPLYING TO HER
SHE KEEP REF TO THE COMPANY AND I WILL TALK TO MY SUPERVISOR WHEN IT’S JUST SHE ONE. EVERY NUMBER EMAIL IS HER. AND WHEN YOU CALL SHE JUST SAY “YES” “AND” …..
