    A phillipino woman brought this for lunch to work
    She says that they eat it alot
    She brought it cookes with eggs
    And i said ti here that if it is bitter i would try it with red herring since in jamaica we usually have red herring and susumba

    This is a serious topic but the mention of susumba makes me :ngakak, cuz Michael Sean Harris had said after he watched the Bob Marley documentary that “I see something more bitter than susumba… Cedella Marley”. Susumba now makes me laugh :hammer

    Shi bitter bad fi choo Simply. I think shi wudda wah di whole a Jamaica cut out dem heart gi har family bcuz of who was her father, but Michael did kill mi wid dat statement.

    Dem say bitter things goods for cleaning your blood and liver so even if it will not cure herpes it must have some benefit. People also soak aloe Vera in water and drink it to clean their blood too and I don’t think there is anything as bitter as aloes /single bible

    It’s called corilli (sp) in Trinidad…it’s a give you eat it steam, fried, sautéed!

    it is really bitter but you will get used to the taste over time…u can soak in salt water too

    hey Met,There is a village in Japan that eat this fruit. That village also have the most set of people living well pass a hundred years of age. Not sure but the Herps thing but there is something about it. Believe it was on 20/20 a while back
