The most informative (compared to the rest) is the issue of Tivoli & how th release of the tapes ah guh be a further nail inna Golding head.

    Other than that me see:-

    1. Sparse information about the baby’s killing – mi cant understand this yah report/allegation dat the police siddung & tek statement from the mad woman then guh look fi the child (& there is a baby daddy)
    2. The arrogance of the PNP and them lack of connectivity with the people
    3. More church people who support preachers on bus & their statement that Jamaica is a christian country ~ one would want to think so, despite all the evidence to the contrary.

    Hmmm.

A man who’s mentally ill common-law wife allegedly chopped their baby to death this morning is still looking out for his spouse of more than nine years. The woman is said to have partially severed the head of their 11 month old son and inflicted a major wound to the baby’s left shoulder. Dead is 11 month old Lindon Matthison of Fort George Road in Annotto Bay, St. Mary. The 40-year-old woman reportedly turned herself in to the Annotto Bay police about 8:00AM after the incident. She was taken to get medical treatment today. No charges have been laid against her but she remains in police custody. Marcia Brown, a cousin of the mother said that she accompanied the father to the police station to give a statement. Mrs. Brown says the father is distraught but is trying to cope. She says he understands that it was the disease which led to this incident. Reports are that the father left his son with the mother about 5:00 this morning, and headed-out to work. The woman reportedly turned-up at the Annotto Bay police station about 8 o’ clock, saying she had killed her son. Police later found the baby’s body on a bed in the family home with a machete beside the body. Residents say the mother took the child to the police station yesterday, and told the officers to take the child. She was then taken to hospital but was later sent home.

May his Lil soul rest in peace… This is so sad but wat I can’t understand is that u have so much ppl around who knows that this mother is not able 2 cope mentally so y did they allow her 2 remain around her child given her mental state it’s obvious that she tried and reach out 4 help so y would the child father go off 2 work and leave the baby in her care and wat about the other family members like the cousin who’s speaking out y didn’t she step in and help out…. In our society it’s like we just always wait 4 the worst 2 happen be 4 we react even when we know something is wrong but let this be a learning experience 4 us all…. So sad

Somebody should be held accountable for this apart from the mother, who is obviously mentally ill. How could they send her back home with the child after seeing such strange behaviour? You want to tell me that an innocent minor is involved with somebody who obviously appears crazy, and they did not investigate more to make sure the child would be ok, or if other children were in her care? That should be a big opportunity to fix something that is lacking etc…

Regarding the PM, they elected her. They should support now. Find it strange though that she is talking about criticisms and personal stuffs, instead she should be above that and focus on her agendas. Those behavious would lead one to question if she has a cogent idea of where she wants to take the country. Just questions on an individual’s mind. No disrespects…
