Today, May 27,2013 marks Clifford ”Mr Vegas” Smith’s third attempt to bring his child custody case ivolving his ex-girlfriend Shellian McBayne to court. McBayne obviously fearless of the law did not show up to the scheduled court appointment today. The judge has adjourned the case until September 17,2013.

An arrest warrant has been said to be issued for the immediate arrest of Shellian McBayne . Reports are that McBayne who was involved in a very public breakup with Jamaican Singjay Clifford’ Mr Vegas’ Smith has been issued a total of two summons by the Family Court of New York Bronx County. McBayne was a no show in court today April 23, 2013.
Actions recorded by a home security camera installed by McBayne prompted the mentioned entertainer to seek custody of the daughter they shared as a couple. McBayne was said to be seen in a sexual encounter with an unknown gentleman while the child was awake and has now seemed to have taken off with the child.
The fact that upon being served a second summons which was signed for and returned by McBayne or her husband prompted the judge to issue a warrant for the immediate arrest of defendant.
Inside reports are that the court has also received information that McBayne , using the same address that the summons were sent to, applied recently for a credit-card. Officials are aware that McBayne still functions at the provided address and sees her actions as defiant. McBayne recently restored her twitter account and has reclaimed her social media butterfly status.

Recently Mr Vegas’ baby mother Shellian McBayne was caught by the singjay in bed with another man Bruking it Dung in his Florida home. The incident consequently gave rise to the speculation that the artistes Blacker and Macca Diamond’s ” Bun him” collaboration was Shellian’s motivation. One angry Vegas fan said,”she is not to be compared to a snake, becuase a snake does not disguise its intention. She should be compared to a Lion Fish. The out ward appearance of the creature completely belies its deadly, poisonous and aggressive nature. The Lion Fish attracts his prey with its beauty and then consumes everything that comes close to it.” But, the alleged Cheating Files reveal a tearful, juicy and emotionally charged story of sex, violence, betrayal and years of abuse.

Chapter one: After being crowned Miss Cornwall Beauty Queen in 1998, the young beauty moved to Kingston to be with her boyfriend Prince, where she continued on her quest to become Miss Jamaica and pursue her modelling career. Research showed her appearing in Kiprich “Breakout” video sometime around 1999. Neighbors at her Oakland Apartment recalled her nightly screams of uncontrolled passion and daily arguments between her and her boyfriend due to his insatiable appetite for women. They disappeared from Jamaica and ended up in Colombia, where she supposedly treated him to a live-in three-some relationship. He some how violated the cardinal rules that structured their threesome relationship, which ultimately brought it to a violent end with blasts from a gun and multiple stab wounds. They were both very tight lipped about the Colombian incident.

Chapter two: A source in Westmoreland said the native, heartbroken damsel in distress came back to Jamaica and found comfort in the arms of her family. Her cousin who was at the time having a secret srelationship with Mr Vegas introduced the two. The cousin’s relationship was always colored with rivalry and jealousy, so cousin X kept Vegas close like a purse. Was Shellian using her cousins purse behind her back?. Being of Indian descen the petite beau had a strong sex drive and dreams of fairy tale romance. She met and settled down with the DJ Mr G (formely known as Goofy). He was smitten and ingored the warnings that his friend Red Rat screamed in his hit song, “dat girl, dat girl Shellian, she gwaan like she sweet but have one bag a man”. Accusations of mutual cheating, verbal abuse and physical altercation drove the couple to seperate and an embittered custody battle for their son ensued. It is alleged that Mr G’s high ranking police relative influence the judicial process and the Deejay won sole custody of their son. With the child being ripped away from her arms she became the embodiment of fury and scorn became her weapon of choice.

Chapter 3 Her cousins purse became her personal handbag and a steady relationship with Mr Vegas was born. Her “Prince” tatoo became “Princess”, she went back to Vegas and she decided privately in her heart, that she would drink her soup when it got cold. A friend of hers who wants to remain anonymous confessed that Shellians favourite artist is Vybz Cartel and she usually listens to his songs to cheer herself up. Entertainer Clifford ”Mr Vegas” Smith has put the property that once belonged to his daughter that was disrespected by his one time lover Shellian McBayne up for sale. The property , a town-house located in Florida is estimated at a whopping $129,000 USD was the center of controversy a month ago when Shellian brought a lover into the home shared by her and the musician.

Entertainment duties causes the artist to travel frequently abroad and Mcbayne used this as a way of fostering a second relationship which were confirmed via security cameras that were installed in the home. It reported that the contents of the video were what caused the sale of the home as Mr. Vegas is traumatized in knowing that the child the couple shares could be seen walking in and out of the bedroom while the couple did their thing.
All eyes are on this bit of news that has rattled the Jamaican entertainment industry as Mr. Vegas has not only written a song about the ordeal, a video containing bits of the actual recording could be seen also.
McBayne who has only done two interviews throughout the saga, has been quiet since pictures of the video were released but has attempted to withdraw funds belonging to Mr.Vegas although both her and the entertainer are listed as owners of Mr. Vegas Music.

It is not certain how or when they were released, but security camera pictures depicting a liaison between Shellian McBayne, Vegas’ ex-girlfriend, and a male companion are now out.

The much-publicised saga began unfolding last week when Vegas voiced his displeasure at his ex on Facebook.

The story at the time was that his girlfriend had cheated on him with his one-year-old baby present.

McBayne had since come out to deny the Sweet Jamaica artiste’s claims, saying she and the singjay had ceased to be an item for some time and that the child was not present during a sexual act.

Admitting to have committed an error by sleeping with her boyfriend in Vegas’s house, McBayne had gone on to slam the entertainer for watching the video for hours.

“What kind of man sit down and watch three hours of lovemaking and a message me a ask if a so long wi did a gwaan?” McBayne had asked on the ‘Ragashanti Inna The Mawning’ programme on Link Up Radio 93.5 FM New York.

Prior to McBayne’s response, Vegas had said he would be publishing the activities of his ex.

Under the caption ‘No words just no words – Shelliann and di bunna man inna Vegas house’, there are five pictures – all captioned.

The first, captioned ‘baby playing in bed’, shows McBayne lying beside a man and a blocked out section of the picture which is supposed to be the child on the bed.

Then there is another captioned ‘baby led into the play area … while man waits in bed with his clothes off’.

That picture actually shows a number of pictures, probably from a television set to show more than one camera.

The times on that picture show the baby in the play area with who is allegedly McBayne simultaneously with activities in another room, where the male partner lies on a bed.

‘Baby wonders around while … parents partake’ is a similar image with multiple screens in one picture, and shows the persons, allegedly McBayne and her lover, in a romp on a bed while the baby walks around in a play area.

There are then two similar pictures which show the feet of a child (there is a block on the face) while the man lies in bed.

The site also features a comments section and people have been making using of it.

Persons question whether it was prudent for McBayne to send her daughter to play while she enjoyed the company of a man.

“… the fact is the baby was not sleeping, would you put your child out of a room to go play elsewhere unattended while you … ?” read one scathing comment.

“Wat kinda a muuma inna bed with man so n is not har babyfawda? Mi headddddddddddddddd swell up. No man, I’m gonna burst a vessel. Shelli u is di worst lowest nastiest scum of the world,” another comment read.

The author of the site, called Met, in one comment, said there would be more to come.

Following the much publicized drama last year, concerning Clifford ‘Mr. Vegas’ Smith and his now ex-girlfriend Shelli-Ann McBayne, a child custody case has been opened for the child the couple share. The case was scheduled for today, February 4, 2013 at 9’00 am in The Bronx Family Court.
Mr. Vegas who has lamented via the social network Facebook, on how much he misses his daughter, hopes to be reunited with his daughter as soon as matters are straightened out in court. The child was allegedly exposed to Ms. McBayne’s three hour tryst with her new boyfriend in the entertainer’s then home. On surveillance cameras th installed by McBayne, the child could be seen walking into the room multiple times. McBayne had apparently left the infant in a playroom while she was in the bedroom.
Information reaching JMG is that, Ms.McBayne,who is married, gave the child belonging to Mr. Vegas, the last name of her husband. Four attempts were made to deliver the documents to McBayne without avail.The case is said to be rescheduled for, April, 23,2013 at 9’00am.
